Bangali Blues..

It's Shoptomi (to all those reading, who are not Bengali: it's the 7th day of Durga Puja), this means another day has begun. More lights, more festivities, food, family.

The city does not sleep during these days. When I close my eyes, I can picture being stuck in a crowd, trying to tip-toe to see over the heads of people, because in front is a pandal, with the idol. Horns of taxis hooting away. Waiters at food stalls, calling you from both sides. This goes on the entire night, laughing with friends.

BUT. I'm stuck here. Preparing for on-going exams (ehh, am I?!). Was looking through some old photos (typical eh?) what better substitute? Anyway, I came across this -


Cannot even describe the blue. It's getting WAY too navy for my own good =/
Anyway, I'm sure better days are too come =) For the fruits of patience are SWEET!
